Mini ISO pneumatic cylinders - Parker P1A series

The Parker P1A range of pneumatic cylinders is designed for use in a wide range of applications. The cylinders are particularly suited to light-duty tasks in the packaging, food and textile industries. A hygienic design, the use of corrosion-resistant materials and initial lubrication with our food-grade grease make these cylinders suitable for food industry applications. Careful design and high-quality manufacturing guarantee long service life and optimum economy. Mounting dimensions comply with ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P, making them easy to install and interchange worldwide.

- Position sensor: cylinders for the standard temperature range are fitted with a magnet for proximity position detection. An optional bracket fixed securely along the cylinder tube allows the mounting of electronic or reed-type sensors, which can be supplied either with a flying lead or a connector. The high-temperature version does not have a magnetic ring on the piston and cannot therefore be used with sensors.

- Operating environment: To ensure the longest possible service life and trouble-free operation, use dry, filtered compressed air complying with quality standard ISO 8573-1:2010, class 3.4.3. This standard specifies a dew point of +3°C for indoor operation (a lower dew point should be selected for operation at lower temperatures) and is in line with the air quality provided by most conventional compressors with a standard filter.
