Sans dispositif de freinage, cette tension monte rapidement, risquant d\u2019endommager le variateur ou de provoquer un arr\u00eat en d\u00e9faut surtension.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1135\">La r\u00e9sistance de freinage permet donc de <strong data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1070\">convertir cette \u00e9nergie en chaleur<\/strong>, garantissant un <strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1121\">freinage ma\u00eetris\u00e9 et s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/strong> du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column 3000 = 97,2 \u03a9<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2463\" data-end=\"2578\">La r\u00e9sistance devra donc avoir une valeur proche de <strong data-start=\"2515\" data-end=\"2524\">100 \u03a9<\/strong>, capable de dissiper environ <strong data-start=\"2554\" data-end=\"2562\">3 kW<\/strong> de puissance.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2580\" data-end=\"2637\">\u00c9tape 3 : V\u00e9rifier la puissance moyenne dissip\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2715\">Le freinage n\u2019\u00e9tant pas continu, il faut estimer la <strong data-start=\"2690\" data-end=\"2711\">puissance moyenne<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<p>Pmoy = Pf \u00d7 (t_freinage \/ t_cycle)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2770\" data-end=\"2874\">Cela permet de choisir une r\u00e9sistance adapt\u00e9e thermiquement (puissance nominale \u00d7 facteur de service).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-3 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3071\">valeur de r\u00e9sistance<\/strong> ne doit jamais \u00eatre <strong data-start=\"3092\" data-end=\"3127\">inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la limite minimale<\/strong> indiqu\u00e9e par le constructeur du variateur (risque de surtension ou destruction du transistor de freinage).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3237\" data-end=\"3349\">\n<p data-start=\"3239\" data-end=\"3349\">Installer la r\u00e9sistance <strong data-start=\"3266\" data-end=\"3298\">dans un endroit bien ventil\u00e9<\/strong>, \u00e9loign\u00e9e de tout \u00e9l\u00e9ment sensible \u00e0 la chaleur.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3350\" data-end=\"3455\">\n<p data-start=\"3352\" data-end=\"3455\">Privil\u00e9gier un <strong data-start=\"3370\" data-end=\"3400\">bo\u00eetier m\u00e9tallique perfor\u00e9<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"3404\" data-end=\"3425\">radiateur int\u00e9gr\u00e9<\/strong> pour les fortes puissances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div
